The Close Connection button is available whenever you are connected to another computer or in the process of connecting. You may press this button even while file tranfers or other operations are taking place, so it is an escape hatch if things do not seem to be working. When this button is pressed Fetch severs its connection to the other computer and allows you to open a new connection.
